Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Client Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our enterprise clients. You will assist customers with product queries, onboarding, issue resolution, and coordination with internal product and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and support tickets.
• Assist clients with product onboarding and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and escalate technical problems to the development team.
• Track, document, and resolve client requests within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with Product, QA, and Business teams for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations and user training sessions when required.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.

Drive business growth by acquiring clients for software development, IT staffing, and digital transformation services. This role focuses on B2B enterprise sales and strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels.
• Sell custom software, fintech solutions, and IT staffing services.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
• Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Experience:

3–8 Years

Create intuitive and visually engaging experiences for web and mobile products. You'll design enterprise dashboards, fintech applications, and customer-facing digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Create responsive UI components and design systems.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Work closely with developers for pixel-perfect implementation.
• Maintain consistency across Boharr products.

Experience:

2–5 Years

Ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise software through manual and automated testing. You'll validate mission-critical applications used in the banking and wealth management ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
• Maintain QA documentation and release validation.
• Contribute to automation testing initiatives.

Required Skills

• Manual Testing & SDLC/STLC
• API Testing (Postman)
• SQL basics
• Selenium knowledge preferred

Experience:

1–4 Years

Design and develop scalable enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies. You'll work on fintech platforms, APIs, and cloud-ready solutions that power digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, and Web API.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
